Our Journey to Vector-K in Japan – A Remarkable Partnership and Exquisite Culinary Adventure! 😉
We are thrilled to share that we had visited our certified service center, Vector-K, in Osaka last week.
The trip was truly enriching and allowed us to reflect on the incredible progress made during our first year of partnership. Notably, Vector-K has demonstrated exceptional performance in both lead-time achievement and repair quality, positioning them as one of the top-performing center within our certified network.
This visit was also the opportunity to engage in productive discussions and collaborate on outlining the action plan for 2023-2024, which includes the seamless integration of new brands.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to Hideki Hisamoto for his unwavering dedication, as well as the entire team at Vector-K for creating a positive and welcoming workshop atmosphere that left a lasting impression on us.
Beyond the fruitful discussions and productive meetings, we were treated to an authentic Japanese culinary experience. The traditional delicacies, including sushi, tempura, and soba, delighted our palates and added an extra layer of enjoyment to our time together. 😊
